Terms and Conditions

  • In these terms “the Board” is the board of SJP Charity Trust Ltd, t/a Proms at St Jude’s.

  • Tickets will only be refunded on receipt of your unwanted ticket and if we are able to resell the ticket at its full face-value. In the event of a refund, we reserve the right to charge a £5 administration fee per ticket.

  • Online event tickets cannot be refunded.

  • Smoking (including the use of e-cigarettes) (vaping) is strictly forbidden in all areas of the venues and marquees.

  • Only food and drink purchased in the festival marquee, St Jude’s, the Free Church or the LitFest café can be consumed within those venues.

  • Cameras or any form of audio or visual recording equipment are not permitted in the venues during the events. Any form of recording of performances is strictly prohibited.

  • Mobile phones and other electronic devices must be kept switched off during events.

  • The Board reserves the right to refuse admission to a ticketholder to any of the festival venues and to take all appropriate action that may be required to enforce such a request.

  • Latecomers will not be admitted until the interval or until a suitable break in the performance. Latecomers may be required to occupy alternative seats.

  • The Board reserves the right at its absolute discretion to alter or vary the programme and/or artists without consultation or compensation, including at short notice. The Board will endeavour to ensure that any artist who is unable to perform will be replaced by an appropriate alternative performer.

  • If the event is cancelled by the Board for reasons beyond its control, the Board will not be liable for any compensation whatsoever to ticketholders, other than (at the discretion of the Board) a partial or total refund of the value of the ticket to the ticket holder.

  • Information and prices on this website were correct at the time of the last update. Please check all details when booking your tickets.

  • Tickets booked during the priority booking period are to be purchased ONLY for the personal use of Friends and their guests whom they accompany. We reserve the right to cancel tickets at our absolute discretion.
